The program implemented by the North Central Province Chamber of Commerce and the German Government to standardize food and beverage manufacturing establishments in the North Central Province resumed on January 31, 2023. The project had been delayed for some time due to the adverse situation in the country and it is a pleasure to resume it. In the first round before the end of 2023, we expect to give this certificate to 25 establishments producing food and beverages in Anuradhapura district. Alankulama, Creston Park and other institutions participated in this workshop. The Director General of the Board of Trade, Mr. PB Dissanayake and the North Central Provincial Coordinator of the PTB Project, Mr. Gayan Rajapaksa, provided resources for this occasion.
